Whether you are training for a full or half IRONMAN or starting to train for your first sprint or Olympic distance triathlon, KJ Multisport offers coaching for triathletes at all levels.



Full Service Monthly Coaching

With KJ Multisport's Full-Service Triathlon Coaching Package, you'll receive a customized training program with prescribed workouts (including warmup, cool down, intensity, duration) for swimming, biking, running, and strength/core guidelines. KJ Multisport's full-service tri coaching also includes:

  • One weekly in-person meeting to discuss goals, set strategies, and monitor your progress
  • Goal setting and race planning with your personal coach
  • Access to strength and drill videos
  • Race day nutritional guidelines
  • Unlimited communication with your coach as needed through email or phone
  • Ongoing mental training homework/tips focusing on your 'A' races


Discipline-specific Coaching

Athletes needing technical assistance can benefit from discipline-specific coaching and analysis. Whether you need help with your running gait, swim stroke and/or cycling technique, KJ Multisport coaches can help. KJ Multisport's discipline-specific coaching also includes:

Swim Coaching & Individual Lessons

Swimming is one of the most challenging disciplines of the triathlon – it’s a highly technical sport that requires individual attention. And unlike regular swim competition, swim training for triathlon requires specific strategies and coaching. Whether you need technique work, are looking to improve your speed or endurance, or are seeking dry-land exercises, we offer a variety of lessons to accommodate your swimming goals, no matter what level a swimmer you are.

  • Detailed swim workouts with paces, rest periods, and gear prescribed
  • Videotaped stroke analysis
  • Assigned paces and zones through testing
  • One 1-hour swim lesson per month
  • Goal setting and race planningv

Cycling Coaching

You can benefit from the experience of our coaches as you seek to improve your cycling. Whether you're training for your first race or dialing in the details to qualify for your specific age group, our cycling specialists can help.

Run Coaching

To achieve success in the running event, you need to integrate your running training program with your swim and bike program. This includes a combination of endurance, speed and mental training. Our running coaches will work with you to ensure optimal running performance. Coaching includes:

  • Running form analysis
